In 1993 I completed a book on the years I was in the Service in the 242nd Field Artillery Battalion. I wrote it mostly for my children and grandchildren to have. It covers much of what happened in the 242nd that I saw or heard about, rumors and all. This is a new paperback edition published by Infinity with 317 pages text and photos. In 2005 with the help of my wife Jeanne we catalogued all the photos I took while in training and in combat and organized them on a CD with descriptions, names, etc. It is a more visual account of the 242nd in training and in combat.
